Delivery areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not yet offer international delivery, including to neighbouring countries.

Free delivery

We currently offer free delivery on all orders at checkout within South Africa, as shown on our website. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer, or to apply it only to certain areas or order values, at any time; any change will be reflected on the Site and at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Delivery times thereafter depend on your location and our courier partners, and typically take a number of further business days within major centres, with longer timeframes to outlying and rural areas. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Where available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays, load-shedding, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will let you know of any significant delay we become aware of.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. If a delivery fails because you were not available or the address was incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for a repeat delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible at info@infinitycollection.co.za or 082 876 9992 so we can investigate with our courier and arrange a resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
